Victrove is a software engineering company. We build custom ERP, CRM, AI, web and mobile software for Indian businesses, and we build and run our own products too.
Why we exist
A lot of Indian businesses still run on spreadsheets, notebooks and billing software installed on one office computer. Orders come in on the phone, stock is checked by hand, and GST is sorted out at the end of the month. The owner knows something is slipping but cannot see where.
Most software made for these businesses asks them to change how they work to fit the software. We do it the other way round. We start by understanding how a distributor, a chemist or a brand actually runs, and build the software around that.
We also build our own products: Victrove ERP for distributors and chemists, and a lead and telecaller CRM. We use the same engineering on client projects that we use on our own products, and supporting real users every day keeps us honest about what good support means.

We say no when something is not worth building
If a spreadsheet or an existing product will do the job, we tell you, even if it means a smaller project for us.
We write things down
Scope, estimates and decisions are in writing before work starts, so you always know what you are paying for.
We explain in plain words
No jargon. If we cannot explain a choice to the person running the business, we have not thought it through.
We stay after launch
We support what we build. The same people who built your software answer when something needs fixing.
A small senior team
We are a small senior team. The people you talk to on the first call are the engineers who design and build your software. There are no account managers in between and no handing your project to juniors once the contract is signed.
Small means we take on only the work we can do well, and we tell you honestly when we cannot.
