Victrove terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026. These Victrove terms of use cover how you may use this website, and the general terms that apply when you buy a template or work with us on a project.
About these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "our" mean Victrove. "You" means the person or business using the site or buying from us.
These are general terms. A written quote, proposal or agreement for a specific project or subscription may add to them or change them for that piece of work. Where they differ, the specific written document applies.
Using this website
- You may browse the site, read its content and contact us for your own business purposes.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms or its chat assistant.
- Do not use automated tools to send spam through our forms or chat, or to copy the site's content in bulk.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
Content and accuracy
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your particular situation. Articles about tax, GST or other rules explain them in plain words; check current rules with the relevant authority or your adviser before acting on them. Prices and plans shown on the site may change; the price in your written quote or invoice is the one that applies.
The chat assistant answers from information we give it, and it can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a binding offer or promise. Please confirm anything important with us in writing.
Our content and trademarks
The text, design, graphics, code and logos on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission, except as the law allows. Product names and logos of other companies mentioned on this site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Templates
Website templates shown in our template gallery are offered on these terms unless your quote says otherwise:
- A static template is licensed for use on one website for one business. You may change it as you like for that site.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute a template, or use it as the basis of a template or theme for sale.
- Images, fonts and other third-party items included in a template remain under their own licences, which we will point out.
- If you ask us to make a template dynamic or to customise it, that work is a project and is covered by the project terms below.
Projects
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote or proposal that sets out the scope, price, milestones and payment terms for that project. The quote is specific to that project. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Payments
Projects are usually billed in milestones, as set out in the quote. Prices are subject to GST where it applies. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is made, and we will tell you before we do.
What we need from you
Projects depend on timely input from both sides: content, data, access, feedback and decisions. If input is delayed, timelines move by at least the same amount. You are responsible for having the rights to any content, data or materials you give us to use.
Ownership of custom work
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, ownership of the custom work we create for you under a project transfers to you once the project has been paid in full. Until then, we grant you a licence to use the delivered work for the purposes of the project.
We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries, components and know-how that existed before the project or that we build for general use, and we grant you a licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Open-source software included in the work remains under its own licence. Our software products, such as Victrove ERP, are licensed by subscription and are not transferred.
Showing our work
We will only name you as a client, or show your project as client work on our site, with your permission.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential the business information you share with us during an enquiry or a project, and use it only for that work. If you need a separate confidentiality agreement, ask us.
No guaranteed results
We do careful work and will tell you plainly what we expect. But results such as search rankings, traffic, leads or sales depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, competitors and the market. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, lead volume or sales figure, and nothing on this site or in a quote should be read as such a guarantee.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to our software products are covered by the plan you choose and our refund policy, along with any subscription terms shown when you sign up.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data, arising from the use of this website. For paid work, our total liability for a claim relating to a project or subscription is limited to the amount you paid us for that project or subscription period, unless the written agreement for it says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect a project or subscription already agreed in writing, unless both sides agree.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them, or to this website, is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office. Before going to court, we ask that both sides first try to resolve the matter by talking it through.
