Custom ERP development in India, built around how your business runs

We do custom ERP development in India for distributors, manufacturers and growing brands. Billing, stock, accounts, GST and field sales sit in one system your team uses every day, instead of five tools and a spreadsheet.

What usually breaks first

Most businesses come to us when the tools that got them here start slowing them down.

  • Data typed twice

Orders arrive on WhatsApp, get billed in one tool and tracked in another. Every handover is a chance for a wrong rate or a missed item.

  • Stock you can't trust

The system says 40 boxes, the godown says 32. Batches, expiry dates and returns live in someone’s notebook.

  • Software that doesn't fit your process

Off-the-shelf tools force workarounds for your schemes, price lists or approval steps, so staff keep side sheets.

  • Month-end scramble

GST returns, outstanding reports and ledger checks take days because the numbers sit in different places.

  • No view from the road

Salesmen and owners can’t check stock, outstanding or order status without calling the office.

What you get

  • Billing and order management

Sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, schemes and party-wise rates, printed in the formats you already use.

  • Inventory with batches and expiry

Stock by godown, batch and expiry, with transfers, returns and alerts before items run short or expire.

  • Accounts and GST

Ledgers, receipts, outstanding and GST reports, with e-invoice and e-way bill generation inside the billing flow.

  • Apps for the field

Salesman and retailer apps for taking orders, checking stock and recording payments, synced with the main system.

  • Reports owners read

Daily sales, margins, outstanding and slow-moving stock on one screen, with export to Excel.

  • Data migration and training

We move your masters and opening balances from Tally, Marg or spreadsheets, then train each team on its own screens.

How we build it

  1. Step 1: Discover

We sit with your billing, stores and accounts staff, map how work moves today and list what must change.

  2. Step 2: Design

You review screens and workflows before we write code, so changes happen on paper, not in code.

  3. Step 3: Build in modules

We ship one module at a time, usually billing first, so your team uses real software early and tells us what to fix.

  4. Step 4: Launch

We migrate data, run the new system next to the old one for a short period, and switch over once the numbers match.

  5. Step 5: Support

After go-live we fix issues, add reports and extend the system as the business grows.

What we build with

Widely used, well-documented tools, so the system stays maintainable for years.

  • GoFast backend services and APIs
  • PostgreSQLAccounting data with proper transactions
  • Next.jsOffice screens and web portals
  • React NativeSalesman and retailer apps for Android and iOS
  • RedisQueues and caching for busy billing hours
  • DockerThe same setup on your server or in the cloud

Ready-made option

Need a ready ERP instead?

If you are a pharma, Ayurvedic or FMCG distributor or a chemist, Victrove ERP may already cover what you need: billing that works offline, batch and expiry stock, GST e-invoice, accounts, and salesman and retailer apps. We handle the move from Marg or Tally, and can build custom modules on top.

Questions about custom ERP

How much does custom ERP development cost?

It depends on the modules, number of users, mobile apps and integrations you need. After a free consultation we send a written scope and quote, so you know the cost before work starts. If a ready product like Victrove ERP covers most of your needs, we will say so, because it is the cheaper route.

How long does it take to build an ERP?

Scope decides the timeline, and you get it in writing with the quote. We build in modules and launch the first one, usually billing, before the rest is finished, so you are not waiting for the whole system.

Should we build a custom ERP or use ready software?

If your process is close to how most businesses in your trade work, ready software is faster and cheaper. A custom ERP makes sense when your schemes, approvals, manufacturing steps or integrations don’t fit standard tools. We help you decide in the first call.

Can you move our data from Tally or Marg?

Yes. We migrate masters such as parties, items, batches and opening balances from Tally, Marg or Excel, and check the totals with you before switching over. If you want to keep Tally for accounts, we can sync the new system with it instead.

Where will the ERP be hosted?

On a cloud server or on your own server, whichever suits you. We set up backups and monitoring either way, and billing can be built to keep working when the internet drops.

Can we change the system after launch?

Yes. Because the ERP is built in modules, new reports, workflows or apps can be added later without starting over.
