AI chatbot development for businesses that answer the same questions all day
We do AI chatbot development for business teams in sales, support and operations. The bot answers from your own price lists, policies and product data on WhatsApp and your website, and hands the chat to a person when it should.
A question comes in. The assistant answers only from what it knows — pick a topic to see the path.
Where a chatbot helps
The same questions, all day
Price, stock, delivery, order status. Your staff answer them on WhatsApp instead of selling.
Missed enquiries after hours
People who message at night or on Sunday get a reply the next day, often after they have bought elsewhere.
Menu bots that frustrate
Button-only bots can’t understand a normal question, so customers give up or keep typing “agent”.
Answers that go wrong
A bot that makes up prices or policies is worse than no bot. Answers must come from your data, with clear limits.
What you get
A chatbot that knows your business
Answers come from your catalogue, price lists, FAQs and policies, which you can update without a developer.
WhatsApp and website
One assistant on the WhatsApp Business API and a chat widget on your site, sharing the same knowledge.
Lead capture with consent
The bot asks for a name and number at the right moment, records consent and sends the lead to your CRM.
Handover to a person
When the bot is unsure, or the customer asks for a person, the chat moves to your team with the full history.
Workflow automation
Order status lookups, appointment booking, reminders and simple approvals connected to the systems you already use.
Logs and unanswered questions
See what people ask and where the bot struggled, then add answers so it gets better over time.
How we build it
Step 1: Collect your knowledge
We gather FAQs, price lists, policies and past chats, and agree what the bot may and may not answer.
Step 2: Design the conversation
Tone, languages, handover rules and the questions the bot must ask before it passes on a lead.
Step 3: Build and connect
We build the assistant and connect it to WhatsApp, your website and your CRM or ERP.
Step 4: Test with real questions
Your team tries to trip it up with real customer messages before any customer sees it.
Step 5: Launch and tune
After launch we review the logs, fill gaps in its knowledge and tighten its limits.

Ready-made option
Send chatbot leads straight into our CRM
Leads from the chatbot can land in our CRM with the chat attached, ready for a telecaller. Calls are then summarised in AI call-analysis reports, and follow-ups go out on WhatsApp.

Questions about AI chatbots
Will the chatbot make up answers?
We set it to answer only from the knowledge you give it and to say when it doesn’t know. It is told never to invent prices, stock or promises, and unclear questions go to a person. No AI is perfect, so the chat also shows a short note that it may make mistakes.
Can it reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Current language models handle Hindi, Hinglish and other Indian languages. We test the bot on real messages from your customers before launch.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. You need a verified business number, and we help you set it up and get message templates approved.
What happens to our customers' data?
Conversations are stored in your own database. Personal details are saved only after the customer gives consent, which is recorded as the DPDP Act expects, and you decide how long they are kept.
What does an AI chatbot cost to run?
There is a one-time build cost, plus running costs for the AI provider and WhatsApp messages that depend on volume. We estimate both before you commit.
Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. Staff can see live chats, step in at any point and hand back to the bot. The customer sees one continuous conversation.
