Careers at Victrove
Careers at Victrove: we are a small senior team, and we are not hiring for a specific role right now. If you build software well and want to be on our list, we would still like to hear from you.
How we work
We build business software for Indian companies: custom ERP and CRM systems, websites and apps, AI chatbots and cloud setups, and our own products such as Victrove ERP. The people who use our software are distributors, chemists, brand owners and their teams. Many of them are not technical, so the work has to be plain, careful and dependable.
We keep the team small on purpose. Everyone ships real work, talks to the people who use it, and takes responsibility for it after it goes live.
No open role right now
We are not hiring for a specific role at the moment. When that changes, we will post it on this page. We would rather say that plainly than keep a list of openings that do not exist.
If you would still like to write
Send a short note to the email address on our Contact page with "Careers" in the subject. Tell us:
- What you have built, with links to live work or code we can look at.
- What part of it you did yourself.
- What kind of work you would like to do next.
Work you have built tells us more than a long CV. We read every note, and we will get in touch if there is a fit now or later. We keep your note only for as long as our privacy policy allows, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
