Victrove ERP
Victrove ERP is our own cloud ERP for distributors and chemists in India: offline billing, batch and expiry stock, GST e-invoice, accounts, and salesman and retailer apps.
The problem
Pharma, Ayurvedic and FMCG distributors in India run a busy counter on thin margins. A normal day means a long run of bills, stock that expires batch by batch, GST to keep right, and salesmen taking orders across town.
The tools many of them use were not built for how this work happens now:
- Billing stops when the internet drops, and the counter waits.
- Expiry is spotted late, when the stock can no longer be sold or returned.
- GST e-invoices are made in a separate step, so the same bill is handled twice.
- Salesmen phone or message orders in, and someone types them again.
- Moving off old desktop software feels risky, so businesses stay on it longer than they want to.
We wanted one system that covers all of this, lives in the cloud, and still keeps the billing counter running when the connection does not.
What we built

- Billing that works offline, so the counter keeps moving when the internet drops.
- Inventory by batch and expiry, so you can see what is close to expiry before it becomes a loss.
- GST e-invoice from the bill itself, without a second tool.
- Accounts that follow from your bills and payments.
- Salesman and retailer apps, so orders reach the office without being typed twice.
- Data migration from Marg and Tally, done by us.
