Clinic booking app
A concept we built to show how a clinic booking app can work: doctor profiles, treatments and a short booking flow designed for patients on a phone. Sample data, no client.
This is a concept build, not client work. The data in it is sample data.
The problem
This is a concept project. We built it to show how we would approach online booking for a small clinic. There is no client behind it, and the clinic and doctors in it are fictional.
It is designed around problems small clinics often have:
- The phone rings all day with booking calls that the front desk has to handle one by one.
- Patients cannot see which doctor is in on which day.
- Missed appointments leave gaps in the day.
What we built
We built a five-page site with a booking flow: a home page with timings, doctor profiles, a treatments page in plain language, a booking page to choose a doctor, date and time, and a contact page with directions.
You can click through it as the clinic booking website template. A real build would add:
- Real appointment slots per doctor.
- WhatsApp or SMS confirmations and reminders.
- A consultation fee paid by Razorpay / UPI.
- An admin panel for schedules and leave, with patient details stored with consent.
