Pharma distributor portal
A concept we built to show what a pharma distributor portal can look like: a product catalogue, principal companies and an enquiry flow for chemists. Sample data, no client.
This is a concept build, not client work. The data in it is sample data.

The problem
This is a concept project. We built it to show how we would approach a pharma distributor portal. There is no client behind it, and the distributor, products and companies in it are fictional.
The problems it is designed around are common across pharma distribution:
- Chemists message to ask whether a product is in stock, and someone answers each one by hand.
- Principal companies look a distributor up before appointing them and find little or nothing.
- Enquiries arrive on many channels and are easy to lose.
What we built
We built a five-page portal: a home page, a product catalogue grouped by company and therapy, a principal companies page, an about page for licences and delivery areas, and a contact page with an enquiry form. It is designed for chemists opening it on a phone.
You can click through it as the pharma distributor website template. A real build would add:
- Retailer logins with their own rates and order history.
- A catalogue linked to real stock, or to Victrove ERP.
- Enquiries and orders saved to a CRM, with WhatsApp alerts.
- An admin panel so the distributor edits the site without a developer.
For the billing and stock side, see Victrove ERP and how we work with pharma distributors.
